Organising staff or staff who have joint roles and need to multi-task, and who are looking for a greater understanding of how to organise an event from an operational perspective.
The course will be designed to assist people who have had very little or no training, or equally who need reassurance on how the event should be organised or who need help or advice.
This course is designed to focus on tried and tested formulas around the structure needed to support the event pre, during and post show. There will be plenty of opportunity for individual questions and feedback throughout the training.
The course will be a blend of real case studies , syndicate exercises , trainer input and group discussion. Delegates will focus on best practice and apply concepts to their own events.
