THE PROCESS
- A telephone call to us starts the ball rolling. Requirements are discussed with one of our training advisors, who will arrange for a meeting with the most appropriate specialist trainer.
- We explore your requirements together in great depth. This enables us to really understand your company and objectives. You can also assess our ability. This meeting may result in a draft proposal being submitted.
- Research phase (not always essential). The Training Needs Analysis pinpoints the key issues affecting your business objectives. This enables us to design the solution to suit your company’s people and culture.
- The detailed proposal will always be designed to achieve the objective. It may also include other solutions. This can be presented to you in document form, e-mail or in person.
- Back at the office a project team is assigned...
